Jenna Gaudio
Jenna Gaudio is the Vice President of Product Management at Vydia, the award-winning tech company empowering content creators and their teams. In this role, Gaudio drives the strategy behind roadmap management, agile product development, and cross-functional communication. Under her leadership, Vydia’s Product team has successfully launched a record number of robust features in 2019, elevating the company’s services in content supply chain, rights management, analytics, and payments. Initially joining Vydia in 2016, Gaudio played a pivotal role in building and leading the company’s marketing division, which helped earn Vydia recognition for its innovative product, fast-growing business, and attractive culture. Prior to Vydia, Gaudio built and managed the marketing team at video Ad Tech company, Yashi, which was successfully acquired in 2015 for $33M cash by Nexstar Media Group. She has recently been awarded accolades such as NJBIZ 40 Under 40 and The American Business Association’s Bronze award for “Female Executive of the Year.” Passionate about elevating the visibility and success of other women in tech, Gaudio also serves on the executive board of Jersey Shore Women in Tech, an organization that supports, educates, mentors, and develops a network for women in business. Gaudio is a graduate of Monmouth University where she remains an active life and career mentor for both students and post-grads.

Harpal Singh
Harpal is a seasoned Product leader with 15+ year track record of delivering digital products within consumer and enterprise space. He co-founded a Machine Learning technology startup and served as CPO / VP of Product at intu plc (FTSE 100), Selligent Marketing Cloud, Epica.ai and Automata Robotics over the last decade. With educational background in Computer Science and Human Computer Interaction (HCI) from Oxford and UCL, and early career as UX design lead for Intel, Yahoo!, Foolproof and many others, Harpal’s problem solving skills are deeply rooted in design thinking, user needs and collaboration. Harpal has managed large product teams and coached number of Product Managers to be the best at their game. He is a polyglot with hold of five languages, and has lived and worked in many countries across the world including US, UK, India, China and Belgium. Harpal now works as an independent consultant and interim Chief Product Officer (CPO) advising companies and teams globally on strategic product development and innovation.

Drew is the Director of Strategy at Modus Create, a digital transformation agency that focuses on product strategy, CX, cloud, and agile development. Drew has 20 years of experience working with companies, from startups to Fortune 500s, to help conceive of and build digital products to succeed in the marketplace. As a consultant, Drew has aided many organizations in their digital transformation efforts to become more innovative, more agile and more competitive – and help them work through their many challenges. Drew is and experience author and speaker, has written numerous blog posts on Medium, LinkedIn, his company’s (and previous companies’) blog, and national blogs including MindTheProduct, and speaks regularly at events. She is currently a Product Manager at iFundWomen, a crowdfunding ecosystem for women-led businesses, where she builds thoughtful and intuitive products & experiences to empower female founders. Prior to iFundWomen, Maya held positions at JPMorgan Chase and Techstars.

David Clements has over 6 years Digital Product Management experience, and currently works for the Wireless Group (part of News UK) as Product Lead for the talkSPORT, talkRADIO and Virgin Radio Audio platform & Mobile apps. Previously he worked for two of the UK’s largest banks, RBS/NatWest and Barclays, on their Mobile Banking apps, and most recently for The Sun, one of the world’s largest online publishing brands, where he was responsible for their news apps.

Garrett began his career as a developer in the 90’s. He has a computer science degree from Cornell University, and still spends some of his spare time keeping his technical skills sharp. He has spent about 11 years in Financial services Companies advancing his career as a Product Manager, including General Electric, Citigroup, and Oppenheimer Funds. He has spent 7 years in ad tech / marketing tech, where he worked for a number of startups, including one acquired by Nielsen where Garrett helped create The Nielsen Marketing Cloud. Garrett also spent some time in other industries working with for the PwC and Google Cloud Alliance leading a product/engineering organization of over 50.
